We are fast-growing and we’re seeking a US-based, Remote working, highly motivated and experienced Director/VP of Affiliate Management to join our team.

Job Description

As Director/VP of Affiliate Relations, you will be responsible for growing the revenue and gross profit of our Affiliates.  This will involve you engaging new publishers and developing existing publishers by optimizing their campaigns to provide maximum monetization for their traffic.

The ideal candidate will have an existing portfolio of publishers who utilize search, SMS, email, display and social advertising to generate high-quality leads for consumers looking to be matched with our extensive panel of lenders.  You will have the tenacity and persuasiveness to capture the attention of publishers and the demonstrable sales skills to gain their commitment.

The role will involve:

  • Building and adding to your portfolio of publishers via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Working with our existing publishers to further cement our relationships and improve revenue and profits
  • Daily monitoring of Affiliate’s Marketing Performance by analysing and evaluating data analytics
  • Using online marketing best practices and applying them in a consultative role
  • Knowledge of tracking referrals (e.g. cookie expiration, last click).
  • Identifying optimization opportunities
  • Having top-class knowledge of industry developments to leverage opportunities
  • Making publishers aware of Stop Go Network’s available offers that best match their own marketing models
  • Representing Stop Go Networks at meetings and conferences across the USA

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as an Affiliate Manager for a lead generation company, preferably with experience in the short-term and personal loans industry.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant experience) is preferred.
  • Experience in winning business from large-volume publishers/affiliates who generate online leads.
  • Knowledge of online affiliate referral models including CPA, CPC, CPL and CPM
  • A desire to earn high commissions – the sky’s the limit
  • Superb organizational skills, with the proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

This position is permanent, full-time, and includes a competitive base salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.  Choice of either Director or VP in the Job Title will be dependent on experience.
